Launched in 2023, Tómalo Grill was Urbanspace’s vibrant entry into the Rainey Street Trailhead scene. Occupying a prime corner of 44 East Ave, this concept proved that high-rise living and laid-back “come as you are” culture could coexist beautifully. While this concept has completed its run at 44 East, the spirit of Tómalo—thoughtful design, community-focused dining, and authentic Austin energy—continues to inform our current and future hospitality developments.
